Thank you for stopping by my blog. My vision is to create a health and fitness resource to support parents in my local community as well as the larger online community.
As a small business owner, personal trainer and boot camp instructor, I had plenty of time, energy and money to invest in my workouts, meals, overall health and relationships.
Now as a wife, and more recently, a mother, my access to the "holy trinity" of time, energy and money is limited. But the stakes are higher, rewards greater.
Why "feasibly fit mom"? Because I can't afford to be as vain and focused on my physique as I used to be, but I can't afford not to be fit enough keep up with the challenges of my awesome life.
I'll be writing about my daily workouts, meals and recipes I like, personal parenting challenges, local resources, fitness advice, parenting "hacks" and whatever else I can fit into nap time writing. Let's keep each other motivated and accountable so we can live to our highest potential.
