There's no doubt about it: FitBoy is going through a major growth spurt/feeding frenzy. This doesn't leave me with much time or energy to focus on my workouts. I've been going to Stroller Strides this week, but when this mom doesn't get more than 3-4 hours of sleep in a night, two-a-day or supplemental workouts are off the table for a while.
A walk yesterday and today's a.m. workout left me exhausted. I don't want to risk a drop in my milk supply, mastitis, or just getting sick due to over-exercising. And more than one moderate workout a day at this point in time would be over-exercising.
I can tell I'm run-down not only because I'm tired, but I've been craving sugar. Completely bad-for-you high fructose corn syrup candy. And because my defenses are down, I've given in a couple of times (already) this week. It's got to stop, and focus on getting some rest.
So no workout reports until I'm back in the saddle of meaningful self-directed workouts again. (Soon, I hope!) Grow, baby, grow!
