When I used to train clients one-on-one, I would interview them and put together fitness programs geared to the individual client's goals and desires. Let's do the same for you. So, how's it work?
Each plan is based on a 6-week time frame. It includes printable individualized strength workouts, cardio workouts and stretches, along with a recommended schedule and nutrition tips. I'll check-in with you weekly (via email or chat) and you can contact me by email anytime.
We'll work together to come up with a reasonable fitness plan that works with your schedule and preferences to ensure you meet your goals.
What makes this program unique? Using a creative combination of social networking and technology, we'll come up with the perfect accountability program. In the past, we've used Twitter, Facebook, mp3 workouts and follow-along blogging with great success! If you're motivated by accountability, this is the program for you.
What are my qualifications? I'm a Certified Personal Trainer (through ACE and NESTA) and a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor (NESTA), along with a Certified Stroller Strides Instructor. I've used these certifications to do private and small group training, as well as owning and operating a fitness boot camp since 2005.
The cost is $125 for your own 6-week program. When you renew for another 6-weeks (with new workouts and evaluation) the cost is $65.
