Having worked with so many women for the past three years, I meet some extraordinary community members. One such woman is Karen Rogers; in addition to her psychotherapy and Reiki practice, she's involved with several local groups, one of which is The Parent Project.
The Parent Project is a resource I think every parent should be aware of, and if it's not of use to them, then it could possibly save a friend some of the pain of a difficult relationship with a teenager. Details here.

Tomorrow's post I'll introduce you to a local personal trainer and an exciting offer. In a town like SLO, we have two choices: compete or collaborate. It's been my honor and a fun adventure to collaborate with this individual and learn more along the way.
